By submitting an inquiry or completing a rental with JLuxe Exotics, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Renters must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Additional age requirements may apply for select vehicle categories.
- A valid government-issued driver's license is required at the time of pickup.
- Renters must provide proof of active full coverage auto insurance with minimum liability limits of 100/300/100. Insurance may be available through JLuxe Exotics in select circumstances at additional cost.
2. Reservations and Deposits
- All reservations require a security deposit collected at the time of booking confirmation.
- Deposit amounts vary by vehicle tier:
- Economy / Standard: $1,000–$1,500
- Luxury / Performance: $1,000–$1,500
- Exotic / Ultra Luxury: $2,000–$2,500
- Ultra luxury and exotic vehicle bookings (including but not limited to Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Ferrari, and Lamborghini models) require management approval prior to confirmation.
- Deposits are held and released within 7–10 business days following the completion of the rental, pending no violations, damage, outstanding tolls, or tickets.
3. Mileage
Mileage limits apply and vary by vehicle. Specific mileage terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. Overage charges apply for miles driven beyond the agreed limit.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and cannabis — is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation will result in a cleaning fee and partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.
5. Geographic Restrictions
Vehicles may not be taken out of state without prior written approval from JLuxe Exotics management. Unauthorized out-of-state use may result in immediate termination of the rental and full forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Tolls and Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all tolls and traffic violations incurred during the rental period. The security deposit may be held beyond the standard 7–10 day period to cover any outstanding charges. For extended rentals, toll reimbursement may be required mid-rental if charges approach the deposit limit.
7. Extensions
Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be approved by JLuxe Exotics management prior to the original return time. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees and deposit consequences.
8. Pickup and Delivery
JLuxe Exotics offers both customer pickup and vehicle delivery options. Delivery is available throughout Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and the greater NYC Metro area. Select New Jersey bookings are available. Airport delivery and chauffeur services are available upon request based on scheduling and vehicle availability.
9. Operating Hours
Standard hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. After-hours pickups and deliveries are available by management approval only.
10. Damage and Liability
The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged against the security deposit. Costs exceeding the deposit amount remain the renter's responsibility.
11. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting at the time of inquiry, you agree to receive SMS messages from JLUXEENTERPRISE LLC related to your booking, reservation updates, and post-rental communications. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
12. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation and vary based on vehicle tier and notice provided. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
13. Modifications to These Terms
JLUXEENTERPRISE LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
