1. Booking & Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. All remaining balances must be paid before the scheduled service begins.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are refundable for cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation are nonrefundable.
3. Vehicle Minimums
A minimum booking of 4 hours is required for all vehicles, with the exception of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which has a 2-hour minimum.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
5. Weapons & Prohibited Items
For the safety of our clients, chauffeurs, and staff, weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives intended as weapons, and other dangerous objects, are strictly prohibited inside JLUXE Exotics vehicles, regardless of permit or licensing status.
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for weapons and prohibited items before every scheduled pickup.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without a refund, subject to applicable law.
6. Tolls & Additional Charges
Tolls are included with reservations of 6 hours or more. Bookings under 6 hours may incur additional toll charges.
Additional service time, excessive cleaning, or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
7. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
All passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs, vehicles, and other passengers with respect. Any threatening, unsafe, illegal, or destructive behavior may result in immediate termination of service.
Passengers may be held financially responsible for damage caused to the vehicle during their reservation.
8. Gratuity
Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated by your chauffeur for exceptional service.
9. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to JLUXE Exotics’ Booking Terms & Conditions, including all applicable fees, cancellation policies, and safety requirements.
