What do I need to rent?
A valid government-issued driver's license and proof of active full-coverage auto insurance (minimum liability 100/300/100). Insurance may be available through JLuxe Exotics in select circumstances at additional cost. We verify both before pickup — it takes minutes over text.
How old do I have to be?
Renters must be at least 21. Additional age requirements may apply for select vehicles — exotic and ultra-luxury bookings (Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren) also require management approval.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a refundable deposit is collected at booking confirmation: $1,000 for Standard, $1,500 for Luxury, and $2,500 for Exotic vehicles. Deposits are released within 7–10 business days after return, pending no damage, tolls, or violations.
Am I insured while driving?
Every rental requires verified full-coverage insurance, so you're protected on the road. You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, which is assessed against the deposit first.
Do you deliver?
Yes — delivery is available throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Long Island, and the greater NYC Metro area, with select New Jersey bookings. Airport delivery (JFK, LGA, EWR) is available on request.
Is there a mileage limit?
Mileage limits vary by vehicle and are confirmed with your quote. Overage charges apply beyond the agreed limit — if you're planning a longer trip, just tell us and we'll build it into your quote. [confirm per-vehicle limits]
Can I take the car out of state?
Only with prior written approval from JLuxe management. Unauthorized out-of-state use ends the rental and forfeits the deposit — so ask first, we're flexible when we can be.
